Client Testimonial

“When I was feeling stress and discomfort, Katie sent me some long-distance Reiki healing that eased my pain and alleviated my worry. Her calm and sincere manner demonstrates her care and concern, and her suggestions for self-care are focused and direct. I trust Katie to be discreet and respect my privacy, as integrity and honesty are important to me when it comes to disclosing personal health information. I highly recommend Katie’s skill as a Reiki practitioner; she is straightforward and frank.

-There are so many offerings to choose from. It’s overwhelming and I’m having a hard time choosing, but the free 15 minute call seems so short. What should I do?

Consider registering for the 15 minute call as a place to start so you can receive the survey.

Answering those questions will help you get some clarity. More clarity will also come with that first 15 minute call.

Do you want to learn more about options for movement (yoga, self-massage, Reusi Dat Ton), things to do for self-expression (journaling, art making), or ways to practice presence (breathwork, meditation routines)?

Now is a perfect time to register for the 15 minute call.

-I want to try adding something for self-care but I’ve tried to start a new routine so many times. It’s like a New Year’s resolution ~ I have a hard time sticking with it.

First, give yourself credit for everything you do in a day ~ you are choosing to live out the day as best as you can. Things can feel exhausting and you’re doing your best. That is success!

If I can help you find one thing you can add even for a few minutes, and maybe for a couple days in a row, the moment you even consider trying that is a win.

And then build on it with another moment. That’s a routine, even if you only do it once. If you do it twice, it’s the start of a pattern…oopsie - success!

The variety of offerings on this site come from trying several different modalities and practices over the years, many in deep dives with extensive training and practice.

-Where did you get training in all these things?

In college my focus was Fine Arts/Art History. In graduate school I studied elementary and secondary teaching, then special education including autism specialist training, afterward adding reading specialists content.
And traveling that parallel path of bodywork, energy work, yoga and CST...
