During CST sessions, I also use Reiki. It is an additional way for me to connect with what the client's body is needing. CST is the most gentle and subtle bodywork I offer aside from Reiki-only sessions.
It is an honor and privilege to provide CST for clients, including infants (!).
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle way to assess and treat babies in order to soften and ease restrictions that might have been created during birth and their first days and weeks outside the womb.
It is a modality that supports babies after their birth experience, whether it was easy and peaceful, difficult or traumatic and anywhere in between, creating a foundation for wellness from their earliest days. (More...)
Babies receiving this work (and their adults) benefit in many ways including:
~ preparation for, and aftercare from, release of some tongue ties
~ colic
~ spitting up
~ reflux
~ issues causing breastfeeding challenges
~ This treatment can ease challenges from torticollis and support more balanced head rotation and increase neck strength, promoting increased endurance for tummy time.
~ Intra-oral treatments can support improvements in tongue function and latch.
~ This treatment benefits babies who seem uncomfortable in their bodies, act overly sensitive, aren’t sleeping and/or have mobility, sensory or vision issues.
There are so many more benefits, as well!
CST is subtle, gentle work guided by partnership between the practitioner, their intention and light touch (up to only five grams ~ the weight of a nickel) and the client’s response, which may include deepening breaths, subtle twitches signaling relaxation, even drifting into deep, restful sleep.
This treatment is cumulative for all who receive it, including infants. The benefits from even a single session create ripple effects well into the days and weeks afterward.
Sessions for Craniosacral Therapy are in-person and differ for infants/children and teens/adults.

Appointments can be home visits or at the studio. More information emailed after booking.
Teens/adults:
